Product Engineer

**What you will do?**- Implement product engineering initiatives efficiently, in accordance with corporate policies, procedures and specifications, to produce within the parameters of quality and target cost.- Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.- Collaborates with all departments of the plant to find root cause and solution of problems related to design, quality, suppliers, product or process.**How you will do it?**- Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.- Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.- Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues - engineering changes, new model development.- Work with design team to resolve design related issues.- Serves as the first line of communication on all product issues, quality questions, and production.- Assists in product launches and gathering information for the product development process.- Provides presentations on products, service training, and other topics as required.- Actively participation on Kaizen events.- Propose, evaluate and implement product improvements.- Evaluate material technical specification and standards for deviation proposals.- Communication skills.**What we look for?**- Technical knowledge HVAC.- Technical knowledge of control systems, electrical diagrams.- Interpretation of engineering specifications for mechanical and pressure components.- Ability to prioritize and effectively execute tasks under a pressure environment.- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.- Experience working in a team environment.- English strong written and oral communication skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.- Minimum 3 years applicable experience.**Preferred**:- SAP operational knowledge.- PTC Creo or other 3D design software.
