OverviewDeacero USA is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing internal and external price-related information to support pricing activities, while supervising well-defined processes and clear policies to ensure the effective execution of the pricing strategy.ResponsibilitiesConduct cost analysis to ensure profitability and competitiveness.Perform competitive research to identify market opportunities and risks.Monitor and analyze market trends impacting pricing strategies.Set and manage transfer pricing for accurate business unit performance measurement.Develop, optimize, and update pricing tools to support the sales team.Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and profitability.Oversee the deployment and execution of pricing strategies across channels.Manage the pricing feedback process to improve decision-making and strategy.Prepare pricing forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning and financial objectives.Measure price elasticity to optimize revenue and profitability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration or related is a plus.Experience in manufacturing industries.Knowledge of international pricing and currency fluctuations.Familiarity with regulatory compliance in pricing.Strong knowledge of cost analysis, pricing models, and market research.Advanced understanding of transfer pricing, forecasting techniques, and profitability analysis.Advanced Analytics or Financial Modeling.Experience in Pricing analysis and KPI monitoring.Microsoft Excel & Data Visualization Software, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), pricing software, SQL.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.LocationThis position is 100% onsite in our offices located in Torre Malva, SPGG Nuevo Leon. #J-18808-Ljbffr
