We are looking for a **Lean Manufacturing Manager**The Lean Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining lean production systems and principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Will help develop frameworks and effective ways of working in which our organization can build in the coming years. Will also ensure a fully integrated continuous improvement culture into the company and develop it further, through LEAN expertise and skills. The Lean Manufacturing Manager will achieve customer satisfaction, employee happiness and company (financial) effectiveness.Work Setting· 50% Production Floor.· 50% Office.· Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.· Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Lean activities.· Implements, promotes, and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, and application of rules.
