Rigging TechnicianThis role is responsible for the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of rigging equipment.The Rigging Technician ensures safe work practices, high-quality execution, and seamless support during rehearsals, trainings, and live performances.About the RoleCollaborate with technical management, artistic teams, and stage management to provide technical support during rehearsals, trainings, and performances.Operate and maintain rigging equipment; document show track information and participate in rotation.Inspect, maintain, and document all rigging and fall-protection equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport cross-departmental needs and participate in trainings and workshops.Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in maintaining all technical elements of the production.Maintain open communication with technical management and associated show staff regarding notes, issues, or concerns.BenefitsDevelop thorough knowledge of all rigging systems and production-specific equipment.Assist in special projects involving research, construction, and installation of new show elements.
