**Job Description Summary**: Contributing to support the various activities done by the Communications Area Coordination mainly focused on:- Video Postproduction and Photography Edition (Adobe Creative Cloud Software is a must) mainly Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.- Graphic Design for general internal communication channels and campaigns- Message crafting for internal communication pieces and materials along withSocial Media Channels- Support of overall administrative communication activities (events logistics support, sessions booking, logistics, suppliers' services coordination among others).- Support projects execution for the area**The Intern should**:- Be able to create written content for internal communication media and social media- Create posters, flyers, websites, logos, brochures, magazines and other materials to communicate ideas and information visually- Create Power Point and dynamic presentations- Design Branding materials both digital and printed formats- Have an advanced grasp of grammatical rules in English and Spanish- Excellent spelling and good at drafting- Be able to work hybrid schedule 3 office days 2 home office.- Be able to attend morning schedule at the office and school in the afternoon as office hours are required in campus- Be able to support video and photo coverage of administrative and employees events related communication activities- Attend to support general logistics of Public Events related to the brand- Have worked with deadlines and brand guidelines- Have Adobe Creative suite knowledge (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must)Have an English advanced - intermediate level- Have photography & video filming experience.- Have knowledge to manage basic internal communications plans to support execution- Creating Social Media graphics and meterials including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos postproduction**Requirements**:- Minimum 5th semester of bachelor's degree- Graphic Design, Audiovisual Arts, Interactive Media.Audiovisual Production (Television, Film or Design).Graphic Design, Advertising, Digital media.- Real time video post-production exercise and graphic design execution test will be required during interview process- Morning availability to work- Hybrid Model**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
