Key Responsibilities In charge of delivering top talent through sourcing efforts, social networks, community networking, talent shopping, referral networks, college/campus visits, consultation with personnel agencies and contacts within the larger community. Partner with internal customers (hiring managers) to bring value in having knowledge of the talent market and making recommendations on recruitment strategy. Coach and develop managers to become more helpful as leaders and managers in the areas of sourcing, interviewing and selection. Assess interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all government compliance requirements, and maintain compliance while actively updating requisition activity within the ATS. Effectively understand recruiting metrics and act for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent. 2+ years of recruiting experience with technology solutions, including recruitment websites, applicant tracking systems (preferably Taleo, Workday), and creative sourcing techniques. English at advance level. Knowledgeable with behavior-based interview techniques. Benefits Medical insurance and life insurance will be discussed in the interview process.
