Se trata de un entorno ágil, autónomo y altamente colaborativo.Este rol es remoto desde México y es únicamente por 6 meses. Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar una vez a San Francisco para una semana de integración presencial (el viaje será cubierto por el cliente).Responsabilidades Desarrollar y mantener componentes front-end utilizando React, TypeScript y JSX. Colaborar con equipos de producto para diseñar herramientas escalables orientadas al usuario interno. Gestionar de forma autónoma ciclos completos de desarrollo: planeación, desarrollo y entrega. Participar activamente en sesiones técnicas, revisiones de código y ceremonias ágiles. Mantener altos estándares de calidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad del código. Requisitos 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo front-end. Dominio de React, TypeScript y JSX. Sólidos conocimientos de diseño de componentes, gestión de estado y arquitectura moderna en front-end. Experiencia integrando APIs REST y usando control de versiones (Git). Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, ideal para entornos distribuidos. Autonomía, enfoque en resultados y responsabilidad en la ejecución. Deseables (No obligatorios) Experiencia previa en prompt engineering o con modelos de lenguaje (LLMs). Familiaridad con herramientas de atención al cliente o entornos SaaS empresariales.
