Provide expert remote support for collaboration tools, including incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation through ServiceNow. Manage and optimize backend administration portals such as Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Microsoft MTR Pro-Management Portal, Microsoft Intune, Cisco Webex Control Hub, Cisco Room OS, Crestron XIO, Appspace, Vyopta, and Pexip. Validate, and support complex UC&C solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability between Microsoft, Cisco, and third‑party ecosystems. Act as an escalation point for unresolved UC&C issues, delivering rapid, expert‑level resolution and leading root cause analysis for major incidents. Conduct proactive performance analysis of collaboration systems, identifying risks and implementing optimization strategies using tools like Vyopta and Appspace analytics. Basic Qualifications Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in enterprise UC&C engineering and escalations. Mastery in Unified Collaboration ecosystems, with expert‑level troubleshooting across hardware, software, network, and cloud platforms. Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Room OS, Cisco Room Systems, ServiceNow, Vyopta, Pexip, Appspace, and Crestron XIO. Experience with backend management portals : Teams Admin Center, MTR Pro‑Management Portal, Intune, Webex Control Hub, Crestron XIO, Appspace, Vyopta, Pexip. Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) certification. Strong background in enterprise networking (QoS, VLAN, multicast, firewall policies, network security). Proven leadership in high‑severity incident management and RCA ownership. Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
