Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Production Unit Senior Specialist (MA50D5) Become a Part of the Marelli team.About the PositionWe are looking for a Production Unit Senior Specialist to join the Manufacturing Lighting team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Coordinator.This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlán, México.The role involves ensuring efficient manufacturing operations by driving continuous improvement, supporting shift teams, coordinating problem-solving, and maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and productivity in lighting product assembly.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day production, ensuring schedules and quality targets are met for lighting products.Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Marelli Production System principles.Monitor production KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.Support new product launches and engineering changes, ensuring seamless integration.Facilitate and lead root cause analysis for production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics).Train and coach production team members on best practices and standard operating procedures.Ensure that safety, environmental, and compliance standards are maintained at all times.Contribute to reporting and documentation, preparing daily or shift production summaries.Participate in audits (internal / external) and support the implementation of corrective actions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.Minimum [X] years' experience in automotive manufacturing;
