With over 260,000 diverse, talented and dedicated employees across 100 locations in 30 countries, our client's vision is to be the most technologically advanced and trusted manufacturing solutions provider in the world.They have requested us to search for an experienced, customer oriented **NPI** **Quality Manager** for their medical devices manufacturing site in Tijuana, B.C.:Responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating product quality assurance program(s) to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.Responsible for Regulatory and Quality Systems internal audits, support the Quality compliance team and site organization to conform and comply with regulations, internal policies, directives and procedures in order to achieve and exceed the quality objectives expected by customer and the organization.Responsible for supplier development in a manufacturing or service process, works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.Impacts long term (annual operational success of the function.Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.May have P&L responsibly for sections/sub-functions.Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers.Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.**Requirements**:- Must have at least 8 years of experience as Quality Manager in a medical device-manufacturing environment with management representation.- Must have strong hands-on knowledge of ISO-***** and FDA regulations.- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, 5's and other related tools.- Strong knowledge of project management, kaizen events, audits and EH&S issues.- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.- BS in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical).
