??Based in Mexico — Hybrid.??Supporting Operations in Mexico & the U.S.??Must have a valid passport and US visa.??Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 MXN / gross per month (depending on experience) + Legal Benefits.GRUPO Effix is seeking a strategic, innovative, and highly collaborative Global Packaging Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, optimization, and innovation of all packaging categories across our growing global footprint.This is a key leadership role with direct support responsibilities for Mexico and U.S. operations, reporting directly into our U.S.-based procurement organization.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in CPG or food & beverage packaging, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies for packaging categories including corrugate, films, labels, rigid plastics, and more.Lead competitive sourcing initiatives to deliver year-over-year cost savings, improved supplier performance, and enhanced innovation.Drive contract negotiations focusing on price, service, capacity, and sustainability commitments.Partner closely with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Sustainability to bring packaging innovations from concept to commercialization.Manage strategic supplier relationships and implement performance scorecards (cost, quality, sustainability, service, risk).Monitor global packaging markets and resin indexes to anticipate trends and guide business decisions.Develop risk mitigation plans addressing supply disruptions and regulatory changes.Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory, reduce working capital, and ensure availability across all sites.Utilize SAP S4 / HANA for MRP, forecasting, and KPI tracking.Lead, mentor, and develop packaging procurement team member(s).Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, supply chain, Packaging Science, Business, or related field.7+ years of procurement experience, including 5+ in packaging for CPG or food & beverage.Proven experience leading direct reports or cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability trends.Track record of delivering cost savings and improving supplier performance.Strong analytics, negotiation, and contract management abilities.Experience with ERP systems (SAP S4 / HANA preferred).Ability to travel up to 15%, including internationally.Experience in high-growth or innovation-driven food manufacturing environments.Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (dashboards, forecasting models).If you are a strategic leader with a passion for packaging innovation and global procurement excellence, we'd love to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
