Job Description Build the weekly production planning in strong collaboration / negotiation with the Factory scheduling team and customers Build the shipment plan of the factory to the customers (first continent DC / Hub, distributors or other plants) Prepare and control S&OP files and participate actively to factory MPP decision process Monitor and optimize finished goods inventory level and health at Group level in collaboration with internal customers Anticipate, communicate and bring solutions for products shortages Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplification Qualifications Education / Experience : Master's degree with 2 years of Experience in Supply Planning Fluent in English Strong Problem-solving / Analytical skills Excellent communication skills and team spirit required to be able to coordinate conflicting objectives and interact with people from different backgrounds Ability to prioritize and work autonomously Ability to keep a cold head under pressure and to step back (helicopter view) Comfortable and rigourous with figures and systems (JDA / JDE / Excel / Cognos) Additional Information BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
