With Premium Saunas, you're not just purchasing a product; you're investing in a lifestyle of wellness and tranquility."What makes you a strong candidate:- You are proficient in email support, outbound sales, and sales.- Spanish fully fluent.- English fully fluent.Responsibilities and more:Responsibilities:- Answer and respond to outbound and inbound calls.- Respond to chat / emails.- Help customers place or update orders over the phone.- Reach out to product vendors with order updates or cancellations.- Escalate internally when customer issues arise.Requirements:This ideal candidate will have experience on the Shopify platform, sales and email support. Also, a general knowledge about saunas will help, but isn't required.
