**Company description**Harmontronics Automation Technology is a leading capital equipment designer, integrator and manufactures throughout Automotive Electronics, Healthcare, New Energy and Industrial IoT industries.Founded in ****, we focus on providing flexible high efficiency solutions for small and precise products manufacturing.We have delivered more than **** smart manufacturing solutions to various world leading manufactures worldwide, our high-performance systems have been installed in over 20 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia.With 11 facilities and support locations around the world, we ensure all our customers have easy access to our service and product at any of their locations.What We're Looking ForWe are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Mexican team (Tijuana site) to help streamline our on-going projects and after sales service of Mexican customers.Duties & Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact to customers in Mexico on customer's site for the on-going projects commissioning and acceptance test run and after sales service jobs- Regularly communicate with stakeholders in China (need to be able to work night hours occasionally, between 17:*****:00 EST) and Mexican clients on project status; and assess current or future client needs and priorities.- Preparation and maintenance of schedules and resource forecasting- Co-ordinating, facilitating and driving project scoping, planning, execution, and close out.- Co-ordinate the clarification of design and specification requirements and arrange for necessary changes.- Be responsible for service sales opportunities and project task management, collecting quotation and project status updates, and tracking project milestones- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables and relay appropriate information to applicable leadership team members- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends- Compete other duties and projects as assignedKnowledge, Education & Experience Required- Experience with industrial automation, including general knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and software.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English/Spanish and Chinese- Complete other duties and projects as assigned- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and night hours- Ensure scheduled milestones are met- Notify the appropriate departments if milestones are not met- Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify and resolve problems- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting- Demonstrate strong attention to detail- Preference will be given to those who possess an excellent manufacturing or process engineering background, a superior mechanical aptitude and proven trouble-shooting skills.- An ability to work effectively with customers according to deadlines and under pressure-filled conditions is essential.**Benefits**:Exceptional advancement opportunities, this is a fast-growing position with HUGE potential to grow.Unique experience to be working with global industrial leaders, and bridging the gap between Chinese and Mexican companies.Industry: Industrial Manufacturing**Salary**: $60,****** - $90,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- León, Gto.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
