Select how often (in days) to receive an alert : Become a Part of the Marelli team.We are a global independent automotive supplier with a passion for performance and speed.We are pioneers of the future of mobility.Our story is built on innovation and manufacturing excellence.Every day, we drive change and co-create what comes next.About the PositionWe are looking for a Plant Controller to join the Finance AL&S team, reporting directly to the Finance Director.This position is based at our office in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.The Plant Finance Controller acts as the financial lead at the plant, responsible for driving financial performance, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant; ensure accuracy and timeliness.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development of the plant's budget and regular forecasts; monitor actuals versus plans and provide variance analysis.Cost Management: Monitor and analyze production costs, material usage, and other expenses; support cost reduction initiatives and track savings.Business Partnering: Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, and HR to provide financial advice supporting business decisions and strategic initiatives.Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and external regulations (e.g., SOX, IFRS); support internal and external audits.Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee inventory valuation, fixed asset controls, and physical asset verification processes.KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards with key financial and operational metrics; drive performance management.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within finance and across plant operations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) preferred.Experience: Several years in manufacturing finance or plant controlling; automotive sector experience is a plus.Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently under deadlines.What does this position offer youFast-paced yet supportive and high-performing international team with an inspiring ambition to transform the future of mobility.Opportunities for career development, strategic impact, and professional challenges.Recognition & visibility through interaction with senior leaders.Learning opportunities with ongoing training and best-practice sharing.Competitive benefits and comprehensive compensation package focusing on well-being and work-life balance.Talk to usTo apply, submit your application via our website or LinkedIn.Discover our open positions and take the first step towards an exciting career in Marelli.We aspire to shape future mobility dreams and turn them into reality.Let's push the boundaries together.#J-*****-Ljbffr
