Let's make it happenAbout the role: AsHead of Affiliate Partnerships, you'll lead a channel generating€80M+ annual revenue, backed by a€10M investment across 12 markets. You'll own two of Emma's most powerful growth levers:Affiliate Marketing– the engine driving our profitability and reach across Europe.Reputation & Visibility– shaping how Emma is discovered and trusted online through review platforms, creators, and AI-driven channels.What you'll do: Unify and scaleEmma's affiliate programs across Europe, turning them into a powerhouse of growth and revenue.Drive innovationin commission models, creative collaborations, and content strategies to stay ahead of the competition.Maximize affiliate impactby expanding our presence on loyalty and perks platforms, reaching over 80% of relevant audiences.Own and grow Emma'svisibility on review platforms(e.g. Trustpilot, marketplaces), creator content (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Reddit), and forums Explore next-gen discoverability onemerging AI-driven platforms, positioning Emma as a leading, trusted brand in innovative channels.Who we are looking for:6+ years of experiencein affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, or a similar leadership role.Proven success in leading high-performing,cross-market teams.StrongB2B relationship managementexperience withine-commerceormarketplaceenvironments.A mix ofanalytical thinkingand creative problem-solving to drive innovation and scale.Understanding ofaffiliate business models, performance metrics, and partner platforms is a strong plus (e.g.Awin, Daisycon, Amazon).Experience withreview platforms, content partnerships, SEO, or influencer ecosystemsis a plus.Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.Anentrepreneurial, adaptable mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.What we offer:Maturing Scale-Up: We're part of the *****% of start-ups that transition to scale-up.
