Join a team that values you.At StaffRight, we connect talented professionals with global opportunities—and we're growing fastWith competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off (including national holidays), and a supportive HR team always in your corner, you'll love building your career with us.We're looking for an Accounting Team Lead to manage our accounting and payments processes while driving operational improvements across the company.You will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and identify ways to make our systems more efficient and scalable.This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.What You'll Be DoingOversee all aspects of accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and data managementManage payroll and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and timelinessSupervise invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flowLead the setup and optimization of tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel / Google Sheets for better financial visibilityCollaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiativesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesWhat We're Looking ForExcellent written and verbal English communication skills5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operationsHands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsExperience with SQL, LLMs (Large Language Models), or automation tools (nice to have)Experience in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments (nice to have)Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical RequirementsComfortable in using time-trackers (e.G.
