**Descripción**Working as Full-Time District Sourcing Specialist, you will research and complete formal Requests for Quotes (RFQ's).In a long-term commitment with the customer.Working in the sourcing team you will be part of the Crib Crawls so it requires you to understand and interpret customer prints, and work closely with sales, engineering, quality, suppliers/manufacturers, and customers.**RESPONSABILITIES**The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily.Duties include, but are not limited to:- Researching and completing formal Large Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) from some of Fastenal Company's largest customers- Visit Customer ´s facilities for crib crawls- Based on the information from the crib crawl, separate product on Fastenal ´s category as Non Core and Core (Which products we are competitive and which ones we are not)- Having the knowledge of brands, products and categories.- Attend training to get more knowledge about suppliers and brands- Offer Exclusive brands- Working closely with the following groups: Fastenal Sales Teams, Fastenal Product Development Teams, manufacturers and customers- Working on a team that is focused on Integrated, MRO, or OEM fastener sourcing**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**- The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Possess or are working towards a Engineering, business or related degree o- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in spanish and english- Prior experience in purchasing or maintenance- Prior experience working with industrial products- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork**Tipo de puesto**: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado**Salario**: $20,****** - $25,****** al mes**Experiência**:- compras o mantenimiento: 1 año (Deseable)- conocimiento de productos industriales: 1 año (Deseable)**Idioma**:- Ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)- Disponibilidad para viajar_**BENEFICIOS**:- Seguro de vida- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores para empleado y su familia- Fondo de ahorro- 10 días de vacaciones pagadas desde la contratación- Vales de despensa- Capacitación constante en nuestra FASTENAL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS- Viajes de entrenamiento y capacitación completamente pagados- Grandes oportunidades de crecimiento y carrera profesional- Reparto de utilidades de hasta 3 meses de salarioTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $20,****** - $25,****** al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horas
