Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses.Millions of companies - from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities.Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead.That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.About the teamRecruiting is a core strategic driver of Stripe's success.We have a world-class team working together to attract and hire thoughtful, collaborative, and focused people who drive Stripe's global impact.In this role, you will manage a team of full cycle recruiters in CDMX who support the Global Operations organization and are responsible for hiring top talent into the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC).The SDC is our Global Operational Center of Excellence, which is a critical component of Stripe's growth strategy.Recruiting for the SDC requires high attention to detail, impeccable operational rigor and strong stakeholder management skills.What you'll doRecruiting is a core strategic driver of Stripe's success.We have a world-class team working together to attract and hire thoughtful, collaborative, and focused people who drive Stripe's global impact.We are looking for a Manager for our CDMX SDC Recruiting team who will develop and support our recruiters, help streamline our recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and provide metrics and analysis on hiring progress.This role will require partnering closely with senior leaders across the SDC organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.This individual must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our hiring processes.ResponsibilitiesManage and scale a team of full-cycle recruiters to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their professional developmentPartner with senior leaders across the SDC organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goalsDrive process efficiencies to scale hiring across our CDMX lines of businessConsistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channelsProvide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and make improvement to the current processContinue to work on active reqs where necessaryWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience preferred)2+ years of recruiting management experienceExperience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partnerExperience partnering with senior level management and stakeholdersAbility to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levelsExceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skillsExperience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environmentProven track record of designing and implementing process improvementOffice-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location.For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office.Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss.This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.Stripe does not yet include pay ranges in job postings in every country.Stripe strongly values pay transparency and is working toward pay transparency globally.At Stripe, we're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity.You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description.Your skills and passion will stand out—and set you apart—especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns.At Stripe, we welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions.Join us.#J-*****-Ljbffr
