Senior WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant We’re now seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Consultant for a 6-12-month remote project in Latin America. Job title: Senior WorkForce Software Consultant Location: Fully remote, any place in Latin America Duration: 6 - 12 months Requirements: Proven experience as a WorkForce Software Consultant, ideally on global or U.S.-based projects. Strong understanding of HR, timekeeping, pay rules, scheduling, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FLSA, overtime rules, state-specific regulations). Advanced experience with WFS configuration, calculations, functional knowledge on BRD’s, SDD’s, reporting, and integrations. Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise HCM/WFM implementations. Strong problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and autonomy. Must speak fluent English (Minimum B2 level). Must be based in Latin America. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end WorkForce Software implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live. Facilitate workshops with clients to understand business needs and propose best-practice WFS solutions. Configure advanced functionality across modules such as Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, and Employee Experience. Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests, ensuring stability and continuous improvement of the solution. Collaborate closely with technical teams, product groups, and customer stakeholders. Develop functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Support release cycles, upgrades, and periodic patches.
