**Q**UALITY ENGINEER - **QMS & **Lab Compliance****R**esponsibilities **& Key Knowledge**:- Planning and executing comprehensive audits of processes, products, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.- Audits engineering development labs, present findings to engineering, provide compliance training and maintain employee training records.- Performing root cause analysis on nonconformities and defects.Leading structured problem-solving activities like 8D using 3x5 Why analysis- Developing effective corrective and preventive actions, driving implementation, and verifying effectiveness.- Developing and analyzing quality data, metrics, and trends to provide insights, identify risks, and recommend enhancements.- Creating and conducting quality training programs for various departments.- Working cross-functionally from technicians to management to instill a culture of quality.- Staying current on quality systems best practices, quality standards.and ensuring organizational adherence.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.- 5+ years' experience in quality management, 3+ years driving process improvements.- Familiarity with Quality Standards (ISO **** IATF *****)- Strong analytical and statistical skills and proficiency with quality and data analysis tools.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- Visa to being able to visit the US site.- Fluent in English.
