**Importante centro de formación empresarial busca talento como director de vinculación de programas****Funciones a desarrollar**- Desarrollar plan de prospección mensual y semanal- Cumplir con programas de citas con clientes.- Identificar oportunidades de mercado logrando contactos a nível directivo que le permita ofrecer programas de perfeccionamiento.- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias colaboración y referidos.- Lograr número de participantes a eventos, muestra e informativos.- Tener actualizada información de seguimiento en CRM.- Cumplir con las metas comerciales a su cargo.- Mantener un alto nível de conocimiento de los programas de formación.- Participar y acompañar en tour de visita a posibles clientes.- Mostrar altos y efectivos níveles de negociación.- Mantener relaciones de largo plazo con clientes.**Conocimientos y habilidades**- Conocimientos comerciales.- Negociaciones efectivas.- Saber aplicar la herramienta DNC y su técnica de diagnóstico.- Aplicación CRM.- Pasión y asertividad en proceso de venta.**Perfil profesional**- 35 a 50 Años- 5 Años experiência en proyectos comerciales de alto impacto- Procesos comerciales nível directivo y ejecutivo- Ingeniería, LCP, LAE, LRP, MKT o Afín**Competencias requeridas**- Análisis de información- orientación a resultados- pensamiento analítico- trabajo en equipo- liderazgo,- orientación al cliente- acertividad- persuasivo- habilidad de comunicación- capacidad de negociaciónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $17,****** - $50,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Apoyo para estudiosLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
