About Albéa & the Product LineAlbéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, and food packaging.Our site, Albéa Matamoros, is North America's Center of Excellence for Mascara, Lip Gloss, and Lipstick Packaging.ScopeMaintain control and ensure 100% uptime of decorating and assembly machines, with waste less than 2%, adhering to all safety and quality systems and continuous improvement processes.Main ActivitiesResponsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of decorating equipment.Ensure safety devices on assembly and decorating machines are in good working condition.Make process adjustments as needed.Maintain the efficiency of decorating and assembly equipment according to company goals.Perform model changes and sample preparations for new products.Follow applicable EHS procedures.Keep maintenance documentation updated.Develop and maintain Zero Defect devices in good working condition.Accountability including KPIsMeet established goals.Reduce material waste due to mishandling, damages, or defects.Immediately report conditions that hinder work.Comply with internal work regulations and plant rules.Live the company values: Responsibility, goal focus, execution, results orientation, effective communication, collaboration, decision-making, inspiration, and work-life balance.Profile (Experience & Qualifications)Electromechanical Technician / Relevant technical degree.2 years of experience in a similar role (desirable).Knowledge of Pneumatics, Electrical Control, PLCs.Experience with Servomotors and Stepper Motors (desirable).Experience with assembly machines.Safety awareness.Organization and cleanliness.Ability to work in a team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
