-Job descriptionIf you're looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join our Global Service Center - HSBC and discover how valued you'll be.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of**Financial Crime Product Management Manager****Role purpose**:Compliance is a global function that brings together all aspects of regulatory and financial crime risk management.Acting as risk stewards, and incorporating a range of specialist teams, we work together with the business and leverage advanced technology to help HSBC navigate a complex regulatory landscape and embed a sustainable approach to compliance risk management that supports safe growth and serves customers fairly.Compliance aspires to continuously raise the bar and set leading standards across the industry to help HSBC safeguard its customers and the communities within which it operates.**Main activities**:- Elicit requirements from regional compliance staff to ensure system requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered.- Act as Business Systems Owner for bespoke regional Compliance Systems- Act as a conduit between regional Compliance staff and the global product management team.Provide regional SME representation to the global teams for change related activities.- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and user interaction at all levels.- Ensure requirements are communicated clearly, consistently and in context to Global Product Owners and colleagues at all levels.- Optimize systems usage in Compliance.Identify and eradicate duplication or underutilization within ComplianceRequirements- Working level knowledge of Google BigQuery or SQL- Experience in using QlikSense to construct dashboard for business information (or an alternative visualisation tool - such as Tableau)- Proven project experience in either project management, product ownership, business analysis or software engineering- Experience working on projects using Agile methodology- Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with some of the common pitfalls of data usage in a large corporate environment - such as data quality and governance- Knowledge of technology and analytics issues relevant to Compliance and the financial sector in general- Proven ability to rapidly develop matter expertise in a range of technical and non-t technical areas, including Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance, analytics and emerging technologies- A personal and professional interest in Compliance and technology- Experience working as a business analyst or software developer is a plus- Experience working with BigData using Hadoop or Google Cloud- Desirable experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)- Highly motivated and organised self-starter with proven ability to work both independently (with mínimal supervision) and collaboratively within teams to deliver projects on time and in line with expectations- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical matters effectively- Proven written and verbal communication skills in English- You'll achieve more when you join HSBC_At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and care**Issued by HSBC Electronic Data Processing (México) Private LTD
