Founded in, WPO is the largest independent provider of holistic wellbeing solutions.Through our customized programs, and comprehensive global network of credentialed providers and professionals, we support individuals to become healthier, happier and more productive both personally and professionally.Trusted by 51% of Fortune 500 companies, we deliver high quality care digitally and in-person to over 75 million individuals across 116,000 organizations in more than 200 countries and territories.At WPO, you will be joining a team that is committed to improving employee wellbeing around the world.Workplace Options has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager in Mexico City.This would be a fully remote, home working position.The primary role of the Senior Sales Manager is to generate agreed volumes of new business revenue across the Public, Private, Third & Intermediary sectors in the LATAM and global markets.This role requires strong selling skills combined with the ability to build strong business relationships at the highest level and to professionally represent Workplace Options at all times.This individual will manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesProspect and establish new customers by managing a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating WPO's value propositionSell consultatively, detailing products, determining customer needs and requirements; and making appropriate recommendations regarding the products and solutions WPO can offer their businessWork with senior sales manager to develop strategic territory business plans for achievement of sales growth and quota attainmentWork in conjunction with sales team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growthManage the sales process in the Public Sector primarily through the formal tender processBuild and sustain relationships with third party introducers that will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to WPOLeverage available resources to effectively implement company marketing plan, strategies, and sales processesRequirementsArticulate with excellent communication skills in Spanish and EnglishAbility to develop strong relationships with business decision makers, appropriately analyzing their needs and providing viable solutionsConfident with ability to work under pressure, managing uncertainty and adapt to rapid changeFlexible with excellent time management skills (planning and organizing work)Collaborative approach to supporting internal teams and working with othersExcellent presentation skills are a pre-requisiteProven sales and / or account management track recordDemonstrated collaboration, problem resolution and influencing abilityOutstanding customer service delivery experience and interpersonal skillsWellbeing services; HR; Insurance and broker industry experience (preferable)International Sales Experience preferredProven project management, analytical and critical thinking skills; strong attention to detail#J-*****-Ljbffr
