3PL Warehouse Operations Sr ManagerResponsibilities:- Responsible for the logistics operations Outbound/Shipping/Inventory Management.- Analyze and follow up on the Forecast and Business Plan for a better outcome in the P&L- Review and negotiation of KPIs with the client.- Generate operational cost-saving proposals for the account.- Analysis and authorization of Head Count.- Strategic management of the support area (staff).- Responsible for generating and monitoring budgets.- Strategic planning for Head Count calculation.- Authorization of purchase orders for the site.- Manages expense control.- Negotiation of contract scope rates with the client.- Review of internal and external audits.- Strategic resource planning for peak season.- Payroll approval..Requirements- Bachelor ´s Degree Completed- Fluent in English (must)- Experience working in warehousing processes: outbound/shipping/inventory management- Experience working in a 3PL (must)- Availability to work Monday to SaturdayBenefits:- Direct hiring by the company- Competitive benefits package- Job Location: Tultepec
