Job TitleElevate Your Career as a Specialist in Insurance- A leading insurance company seeks a results-driven professional to promote innovative insurance solutions and exceed customer expectations.----------------------------------------About the RoleJob Description: As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, implementing analytical tracking, and providing exceptional customer service.Main Responsibilities:1.Commercial Opportunities Identification: Identify business opportunities in insurance and implement analytical tracking and campaign references.2.Sales Performance: Maintain a high ratio of issued-to-emitted subscriptions with rapid follow-up and post-sales service.3.Insurance Product Promotion: Promote the professional sale of insurance products.4.Customer Advice: Provide specialized advice on suitable insurance solutions to ensure Premier NRC customers' protection needs are met.5.Effective Teamwork: Establish effective working relationships with other teams within the branch and relevant partners to ensure a consistent approach and exceptional service standards.6.X-Selling and Relationship Management: Drive multiple satisfactions of existing ETB NRC insurance clients through cross-selling campaigns.7.Team Culture and Collaboration: Build and maintain a positive team culture, ensuring quality commercial referrals and skill sharing among team members, and contributing to knowledge and product skills exchange.8.Client Referrals: Assist in referring to the branch when client needs (wealth/insurance) are identified.9.Commercial Opportunities Identification: Identify commercial opportunities from client references and provide RM references to non-bank clients to add them as clients.10.Individual Insurance Portfolio Management: Manage individual insurance portfolios to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and persistence.
