Accounts Receivable Administrator Central & Mexico - English and PortugueseAbout the RoleAn Accounting Administrator performs defined transactional accounting services according to defined processes, securing efficient, accurate and on time delivery to the respective organization.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves.If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will Do- Support resolving external and internal audit findings.Maintains the interface to the Business Unit Controlling network and Business contacts- Maintain accurate financial records or account books, for example a creditors and debtors ledger, and sales, purchase, and cash journals- Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics- Classify, code and record financial transactions and post entries to the general ledger- Check balance statements and other information provided by financial institutions- Check balance statements and other information provided by financial institutions- Verify and process accounts receivable and other financial transactions such as bank deposits- Perform quality checks and secure accounting process delivery as defined in framework agreements and/or Service Level Agreements- Provide input to the key contact regarding needed changes, inefficiencies, or other possible issues- Follow accounting standards and other Essity policies such as internal controls and legal regulations- Answer incoming questions and assist employees, managers, and other Finance colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete- Escalate possible challenges/ questions to the next level and secured hand-over- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization- Fluent in English and PortugueseWho You AreAssociated or bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent is an advantageMinimum 2 years' experience in an accounts receivable roleFlexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methodsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsMust be strategically agile in understanding business components and how they fit togetherDelivers with quality and speedEmbrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviors - Care, Courage, Collaboration and Commitment.Preferred system experience -SAP (R/3 and S/4), Electronic Banking Software tools and Office 365What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changingTogether, we are improving lives, every day.Working at Essity is not just a career; it is a chance to directly make the world a healthier, more hygienic and safer place.With impactful innovations coupled with sustainable solutions, we strive to reach more people every year with the necessary and essential solutions for well-being.Application End Date:
