We are an important logistics company specializing in 4PL services.Among our clients, there high-tech enterprises, and global leaders from several industries.We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in SCO in GDL in Andares.The Acconts Payable Analyst is responsible for ensuring payment targets to suppliers in order to contribute to a healthy cash flow and to enhance strong relationships with vendors.In additon, the Acounts Payables Analyst works on supplier constant reconciliation of accounts to ensure timely processing of all accounting documents issued to GEODIS SCO.**Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance- 1 Year experience in a related position- Advanced English & ExcelMain Activities:- Records invoices in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)- Process payments for trade vendors, general procurement vendors and employee expenditure records- Records payments through ERP- Attends vendor requirements- Reconciliation of accounts- Works on process optimizationWhat we Offer:- Schedule Monday through Friday.8:30 am to 5:30 pm- Covid-19: Hybrid model to look after your health- Negotiable salary based on experience- Above the Law Health Benefits- Food Vouchers and Parking Pension
