IT SPECIALIST / ESPECIALISTA TI Principales responsabilidades de trabajo. Soporte técnico para aplicaciones personalizadas relacionadas con la producción. Contacto principal para preguntas relacionadas con hardware y software. Apoyar las actividades de escaneo e impresión para todos los miembros del equipo. Asistir en la implementación de actualizaciones de sistemas e integridad de seguridad. Mantener y solucionar problemas de LAN / WAN e infraestructura inalámbrica. Monitoreo proactivo de sistemas para incluir identificación de problemas, escalamiento y resolución. Proceso de redacción y documentación del flujo de trabajo. Coordinación de hardware, sistema operativo y configuración del software. Capacitar a los usuarios finales en aplicaciones de hardware y software. Expectativas. Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías. Dispuesto a hacer lo que sea necesario para apoyar al equipo y, por lo tanto, al cliente. Capacidad para participar en actividades de cambio y dirigirlas según sea necesario. Capaz de tener una conversación avanzada en Ingles. Títulos y Experiência. Familiarizado con Microsoft Office, Windows **** y **** Server, MSSQL, Windows XP Professional y Project. Fundamentos básicos de redes y arquitectura cliente / servidor. Experiência básica de red inalámbrica. Experiência con Visual Basic, VB.net y creación de macros a plus. Se desean certificaciones técnicas, estudios universitarios o experiência laboral equivalente en hardware, programación, soporte de aplicaciones y operaciones.
