**Requirements**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish;- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment;- MUST maintain strong attention to detail;- Assist our clients over the phone with their requests and answer their questions;- Achieve a high level of productivity with great accuracy;- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands;- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments;- Organization skills;- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns;**Responsibilities**:- Answer calls from existing customers- Maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude even with a high volume of inbound calls.- Assist client inquiries, managing complaints and provide information to the client if needed.- Maintaining case management system and client contact- Preparing and translating client declarations, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other legal documents.**Qualifications**- Speak English and Spanish with full proficiency- Excellent verbal skills- 1-2 years of customer service experience- Strong background with performance-based metrics- Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise- Customer service and sales attitude- Calm under pressure- Detail-oriented- Organized- Strong ability to multi-task- Effective communicator- Be comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a desktop computer.**Schedule**:- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM- Monday to FridayPay: $11,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- *****, Durango, Dgo.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
