**Quality Assurance (QA) Technician****Key Responsibilities**:- Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.- Inspect and assess production processes and workflows to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Conduct regular audits of production areas to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality protocols.- Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues at various stages of production.- Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality issues.- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus.- 1-3 years experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with quality databases and reporting tools.- English fluency is a plus
