Senior Buyer, Global Indirect ProcurementThis is Energizer Holdings, Inc.Energizer Holdings responsibly creates products to make lives easier and more enjoyable.To do this, we lean into our culture as an organization – we win together, while serving each other, with a willingness to act boldly, all while doing right.Our colleagues hail from all backgrounds, nationalities and walks of life, but our shared mission and purpose make us one team.Because we're a global organization, you will always have opportunities to learn, grow and develop in your career.We support flexible working arrangements wherever possible.Position SummaryThe Sr Buyer for Corporate Indirect Procurement will work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives by working together to source suppliers who can deliver quality service and products at the best value.This involves understanding the business needs, agreeing and managing the sourcing process, analyzing options, concluding negotiations and contracting.The role will primarily support the LATAM region and will manage multiple sub-categories and suppliers assigned to them.ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing events in line with Energizer's Strategic Sourcing Approach; including conducting opportunity analysis, data collection, RFI and RFP's, utilising the Ariba e-procurement system.Support and independently execute supplier negotiations, including contract renewals, cost reduction, value creation and cash flow improvement.Demonstrate mastery and flexibility in the use of Energizer's strategic sourcing process.Provide expertise in benchmark and should-cost analyses using competitive intelligence and reports – viewed as a subject-matter expert and business partner.Establish knowledge of stakeholder management processes and ensure engagement with stakeholders.Work with stakeholders to understand and plan future needs.Develop and implement procurement strategies, goals and savings targets in line with company strategy, stakeholder needs and procurement best-practices.Support procurement initiatives and develop project pipelines.Participate in key supplier QBRs.Conduct quantitative analysis and reporting using Excel and other systems.Support risk and compliance program management.Track procurement performance metrics.Manage sophisticated analysis (including financial) and business cases independently.Required Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree.4–7 years of procurement experience.Strong knowledge of negotiation tools / techniques and regular application.Highly self-motivated with demonstrated success in driving, managing and implementing change.Excellent stakeholder engagement.Ability to develop and maintain relationships beyond being "in person".Strong critical, analytical and creative thinking with demonstrated results.Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel to conduct analysis.Experience with SAP, SRM, Ariba tool sets.Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present in business-friendly language.Ability to set priorities and make decisions.Preferred Skills And ExperienceExperience in indirect procurement.Strong facilitation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across categories, countries and levels.Reasonable commercial and legal understanding of contracts.Experience working remotely with line management.Ability to coordinate multiple projects.Experience working in SAP and Ariba.Knowledge and use of e-procurement and e-sourcing methodology.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionPurchasing and Supply ChainIndustriesManufacturingEnergizer is an equal opportunity employer, and we prohibit discrimination based on age, color, disability, marital or parental status, veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other legally protected status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.#J-*****-Ljbffr
