Job Responsibilities Streamline HR service processes based on company business development needs and oversee the delivery of all HR services to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead HR operations for overseas subsidiaries, build HR teams aligned with business growth requirements, and develop 3‑5 year HR plans for business segments to support operational expansion. Lead recruitment efforts for overseas subsidiaries, develop annual hiring plans, and oversee implementation to ensure timely and quality staffing of business teams. Manage employee relations for overseas subsidiaries, including conducting satisfaction surveys and planning employee care initiatives to foster a harmonious and stable work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from a nationally recognized institution; English proficiency required for work communication; Spanish proficiency preferred. 5‑10 years of HR‑related experience, familiarity with Chinese / Mexican labor laws; preference given to candidates with experience at engineering companies in Latin America. Proficiency in office software and basic network knowledge. Strong learning ability, communication skills, teamwork spirit, and resilience under pressure.
