JOB TITLE: Microsoft Infrastructure & Migration ManagerLOCATION: Santa Fe, CDMX (Onsite)ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:TelevisaUnivision is seeking a highly efficient and dedicated Microsoft Infrastructure & Migration ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Mexico&US infrastructure, which includes overseeing the design, development, implementation, and support of Mexico&US infrastructure, as well as formulating strategies for backup, recovery, archiving, and migration.The role entails hands-on responsibilities, including evaluating vendor systems, developing frameworks and features, writing standards, conducting code reviews, and engaging in research and development with third parties regarding all infrastructure architecture activities.This position reports to the Infrastructure Domain Lead and collaborates regularly with product owners, application architects, infrastructure engineers, solutions architects, application developers, and vendors.The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in infrastructure services and demonstrate the ability to lead all phases of projects, including analysis, detailed design, coding, data migration, testing, and deployment.YOUR DAY-DAY:Plan and lead end-to-end infrastructure operations and projects.Design and develop infrastructure, procedures, and best practice standards for existing and future infrastructure environments.Collaborate with business owners to translate core business needs into robust infrastructure management systems.Manage and participate in assigned projects in accordance with IT project management methodology, procedures, and processes.Provide leadership for the internal infrastructure group while fostering growth opportunities for existing staff.Understand existing and future infrastructure technologies and hardware implementations, including physical, virtual, and cloud environments, and best practices for core business requirements related to infrastructure.Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of multiple O365 Messaging Services, Wintel, Linux, AD, VMware, Hyper V, Citrix XenApp & Desktop, NetApp, SAN Storage, Data Center Operations, and various infrastructure tools in PROD, TEST, Integration, and DEV environments.Plan production deployments for all infrastructure environments.Plan and manage SSL/TLS certificates, code sign certificates, and punchout certificates.Plan and implement timely upgrades/patches to IT assets such as Wintel and Linux servers.Coordinate infrastructure activities for the platform and functional domains.Define measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful deployment of an infrastructure platform.Collaborate with various teams (Application, Architecture, PMO, DBMS, and InfoSec) to develop and deliver robust infrastructure solutions.Work with the Architecture Review Board and Change Approval Board for technical reviews and approvals through the system development life cycle.Deliver services that meet internal KPIs and customer SLAs.Provide day-to-day leadership of infrastructure processes, directing team members and leads.Engage with all levels of the organization, including presentations to executive-level audiences, to educate on infrastructure issues and opportunities and establish platform metrics and targets.Work closely with business unit representatives across various lines of business and IT to set strategic directions that will enable strategy alignment and ensure infrastructure aligns with overall business objectives.Implement and improve infrastructure policies and procedures in alignment with enterprise information management policies to enhance operational efficiencies through the PMO and standardization.Knowledge and experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform implementation is a plus.YOU HAVE:Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.Over 5 years of experience with O365 messaging services, Wintel, Linux, AD, VMware, Hyper-V, NetApp, SAN storage, data center operations, infrastructure architecture, administration, replication, performance monitoring, and optimization.More than 5 years in enterprise infrastructure architecture.TOGAF or similar architecture certification.Skilled in infrastructure development, administration, tuning, and optimization.Experience in project management, time management, and conflict resolution.Strong understanding of disaster recovery, high performance including hardware configurations, high availability, replication, mirroring, clustering, and fault tolerance.
