Overview of the Role The Jira Administrator will be a critical support specialist responsible for managing Jira and Confluence across the entire company. You'll provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement of workflow management tools while ensuring optimal user experience and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities Helping end users with various submitted requests. Listening and understanding users' pain points regarding tool usage. Implementing solutions following best practices and defined standards. Contributing to process improvement and maintaining tool cleanliness and organization. Guiding teams on best practices and optimal tool implementation during support interactions. Requirements Experience: 3+ years administering Jira or in related positions. Customer Interaction: 1+ year of customer-facing experience. Language: Good level of English. Background: Technical expertise.
