Process Specialist (PLC) IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO. FORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier. Main Tasks Develop and qualify special production processes and technologies. Define specifications and support supplier selection for process equipment. Monitor processes, analyze failures, and implement improvements to meet KPIs. Train process users and support global technology experts. Participate in cost improvement and integration projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, or Computer Systems. 0–3 years of experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and vision systems. Intermediate English level. Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).
