GROUP ACTIVITYA2MAC1 is the leading provider of automotive benchmarking and data analytics worldwide.Our solutions help OEMs and suppliers understand their competitive landscape, accelerate development, and make better strategic decisions based on reliable, structured, and actionable insights.Through our digital platforms, data services, consulting expertise, and AI-driven solutions, A2MAC1 supports the world's top automotive players.With 700+ employees across Europe, Asia, and North America, A2MAC1 continues its strong growth, driven by innovation and customer success.DescriptionWe are seeking a Production Manager to lead and develop our operations at our Querétaro site.This role is responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring operational performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the long-term development of the site.The Production Manager will work closely with the Global Production Manager and the Operations Manager for America to ensure alignment with global operational standards.This position requires a strong hands-on leader capable of managing teams in a fast-growing and highly manual production environment, establishing processes where needed, and supporting the site through a period of significant expansion and organizational transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementLead and manage production teams, ensuring clear communication, goal-setting, and active performance monitoringProvide coaching, development opportunities, and constructive feedback to team membersAddress employee issues and concerns in a timely and structured mannerProduction & Plant ManagementEnsure production schedules are aligned with facility capacity, customer requirements, and operational goalsOversee materials replenishment, quality standards, documentation processes, and financial planning associated with productionCreate, maintain, and review operational procedures to support site performance and complianceDevelopment & Continuous ImprovementDrive the improvement and standardization of existing processes while establishing new procedures where neededAnalyze performance data to identify risks and improvement opportunities across all production areasImplement lean practices and operational excellence tools to improve productivity, safety, and qualityProcurement & Logistics SupportCollaborate with the procurement team on new program demands and market opportunitiesMonitor and support import/export processes to ensure timely deliveryStandardize storage methods and support inventory controlCross-Functional CollaborationParticipate in discussions on new projects and transition activitiesSupport global teams to ensure production deliverables are metCoordinate with display teams for workshop preparationEngage in networking activities to identify new potential customers when relevantSupport facility maintenance and operational readinessKey Measures & Success IndicatorsOn-time delivery performance and number of delivered programs per yearQuality feedback from internal teams and customersAchievement of team goals and operational targets per semesterRequirementsProfessional BackgroundBachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience working in a multicultural environment10+ years of experience as a Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager (automotive experience strongly preferred)Strong working knowledge of lean methodologies (5S, SMED, Kaizen)Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365Skills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and ability to manage large teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (French is a plus)Strong analytical ability and capability to support cross-functional discussionsEffective multitasking and time managementStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and motivate teamsAttention to detail and awareness of safety standards and regulationsIn-depth knowledge of production operations and plant managementStrong problem-solving abilities#J-*****-Ljbffr
