The production manager in our company is the person responsible for directing, planning and coordinating all activities pertaining to production, managing available resources, developing optimal strategies and procedures and ensuring the necessary quality levels. The Production Manager responsibilities include : Coordinate the work teams, the production activity and its efficiency levels.
