You will manage company-widecollateral layout and maintenance, management of the company storeand print fulfillment sites, regular website updates, as well assupport for internal communications and external public relations.A strong component includes managing multiple contributors andapprovers, making project management and organizational skillscritical. It is an excellent position for a candidate seeking broadexposure to the B2B marketing communication field promoting aninteresting and diverse brand. This position reports up through a centralized corporatemarketing department to ensure consistency of corporate messagingand brand throughout all communications. As this position will workclosely with our U.S.-based marketing team, the ideal candidatewill be bilingual, with demonstrated communication and proofreadingskills in English and Spanish. Responsibilities: A Typical DayMight Include: Collaboration - Working with other marketing teammembers as well as multiple contributors and approvers throughoutthe company each day—making project management and organizationalskills critical. - Interacting with staff at all levels of theorganization, including but not limited to, executive and seniorleadership, business development staff, project managers, anddiscipline leads to advance projects forward. Company Store -Supporting requests for branded merchandise for employees topurchase, including choosing items and working with vendors. -Talking with other employees to gather feedback on store items toupdate and manage inventory. - This also includes helping withspecial orders for teams and company-wide events. Trade ShowSupport - Working across the company to document all trade shows,determine needs, coordinating collateral and promo items, managingtimelines, and more. - You'll be the point person to help usstreamline and maximize efficiency for our presence. You will ownand drive the process, while achieving buy-in from stakeholders.Team Support - Proactively working with the Marketing Communicationteam to provide support in areas such as public relations, externalcommunication, internal communication, design, social media, andmuch more. Website - Assist with external website with proactiveupdates for existing pages as well as development of landing pagesfor promotional campaigns. Qualifications: What You Will Bring: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, visualcommunications, or a related field. - Project management,organizational, and communication skills. - Excellent writing,editing, and proofreading skills. - Software: - Microsoft Officetools. Intermediate. Ability to easily navigate Word, PowerPoint,and Excel programs. - Adobe InDesign. Beginner to intermediatepreferred. Involves layout of documents using templates with theability to follow graphic standards. - Photoshop.
