Overview This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is a growing brand focused on scaling awareness and sales through influencer and affiliate marketing, with a strong presence in the beauty and cosmetics space. The team prioritizes relationship-driven partnerships, performance-focused campaigns, and disciplined execution to expand reach and revenue across social and affiliate channels. Location Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will manage influencer and affiliate outreach, relationship building, and campaign coordination to drive brand awareness and sales. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting end-to-end influencer and affiliate initiatives, with a particular emphasis on beauty or cosmetics partnerships. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Relationship Management: Conduct outreach to influencers and affiliate partners to establish and nurture long-term relationships. Coordinate communication between the brand and influencers or affiliates to ensure clear expectations and smooth collaborations. Affiliate Network Management: Manage affiliate networks, including onboarding new partners and tracking performance. Collaborate with affiliates to support effective promotion and provide necessary resources. Monitor influencer and affiliate performance and adjust strategies to maximize results. Campaign Coordination & Execution: Coordinate campaigns with influencers and affiliates, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives. Review influencer content to ensure it is on-brand, engaging, and delivers the intended message. Outreach and campaign coordination through Instagram, TikTok and email. List Building & Outreach Strategy: Build and maintain lists of potential influencers and affiliates for future campaigns. Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand influencer and affiliate partnerships. Platform & Network Management: Manage outreach and campaigns across affiliate networks and ambassador platforms. Support campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Instagram when applicable. Qualifications Experience 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related role. Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry is a strong bonus. Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite and influencer management software, such as Super Affiliate. Skills Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities. Experience managing influencer outreach and affiliate networks. Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously. Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing tools and platforms. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize strategies. Proactive, self-starter approach to outreach and campaign management. Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry and awareness of current trends. What Success Looks Like A strong, well-maintained network of influencer and affiliate partners. Efficient outreach and coordination that enables partners to promote the brand effectively. Measurable performance from influencer and affiliate campaigns driving awareness and sales. Clear reporting, insights, and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
