Forget about blending in.That's not our style.We're the risk-takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers.We're not perfect, and we don't pretend to be.We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional.But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes.The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career.It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way.We are much more than a brand here.We are a way of life, a mindset.Join us.A day in the lifeAs a Region Manager at Monster Energy, you'll be at the forefront of driving electrifying business results with our distributors and bottlers in your territory.Your mission?To supercharge the success of Monster Energy through unparalleled distributor management skills and dynamic market execution.Forge powerful relationships and lead your team of Trade Development Managers (TDM) to victory, all while embodying the thrilling lifestyle and spirit that Monster Energy represents.Get ready to unleash the beast and take charge of your territory like never beforeThe impact you'll makeManage relationships, business plan, and profitability with the distributors and some customers in the assigned territory.Responsible for market execution in the territory in traditional and modern.Monitor market and/or retailer activity to develop the most cost-effective strategies to drive volume and profitability through increased penetration and promotion.Develop, manage, and/or maximize partnerships to drive improved performance.Develop, use objective tools, information, and feedback to establish region, area performance goals and results.Develop, negotiate, and ensure the execution of national and regional account strategies for all company products.Achieve sales, profit and market share objectives for all national, regional accounts, and/or programs.Set, communicate, and manage performance expectations.Monitor and appraise employee job results and performance to develop, counsel or provide corrective action.Provide information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities in order to develop TDM staff.Train and coach the distributor, bottler sales force to engage them with the Monster brand and objectives.Internally lead the performance management reviews and development plans, putting in place corrective actions or performance improvement plans when required..Ensure the targeted use of sales tools and programs.Oversee distributors execute designed programs.Who you arePrefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Finance, Marketing or related field of studyAdditional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in sales (retail, wholesaler or distributor sales environment)Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in managing peopleComputer Skills Desired: Advance user of Microsoft OfficeAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in English preferred#J-*****-Ljbffr
