CONSULTOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT (SENIOR)Profile DescriptionRequired Skills:Consultor Senior para gestionar procesos de adopción de cambios organizacionales derivados de la implementación de nuevas tecnologías.Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión del cambio.Responsibilities:Liderar proyectos de Gestión del cambio desarrollando actividades como:Desarrollo de planes de implementación de gestión del cambio con soporte de sus líderes.Planear el despliegue integral de las comunicaciones para la adopción de nuevos procesos y herramientas.Gestión de Stakeholders para sensibilizar y fomentar el patrocinio visible de los influenciadores clave en la organización.Identificación y análisis de impactos de cambio organizacional y creación de planes de mitigación para estos impactos.Crear planes y programas de capacitación para todos los niveles de la organización en procesos de adopción buscando supervisión y guía de sus líderes.Gestionar a los equipos de proyecto para fomentar una forma de trabajo ágil.Languajes:English Advanced Contacta a: Ana María Cantú - ana.cantu@softtek.com
