Location & EmploymentRemote, Full-Time.Reports to Director of Marketing.About UsWe're a fast-growing health and wellness company on a mission to help people live healthier, more balanced lives.From clean supplements to mindful lifestyle products, we're building a brand that empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.We believe wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and rooted in science and soul.Role SummaryAs our Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic steward of our brand identity, voice, and positioning.You'll lead initiatives that deepen customer connection, drive brand awareness, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints—from digital campaigns to product packaging.Responsibilities & QualificationsDevelop and execute brand strategy aligned with company goals and customer insights.Own brand messaging and storytelling across channels (web, email, social, packaging, partnerships).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Growth, CX) to ensure brand consistency.Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and innovation.Manage brand calendar, campaign planning, and seasonal launches.Oversee external agencies and freelancers for creative execution.Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Champion brand integrity and evolution as we scale.5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in health, wellness, or consumer goods.Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer insights.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.Fully remote work environment with flexible hours.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.#J-*****-Ljbffr
