Responsibilities Work collaboratively across a global team with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Contracts Managers, Legal Counsels, Business Controllers and Collections, Product Development and others, ensuring end‑to‑end processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Participate in the development and fulfilment of contract requirements in the purchase or sale/delivery of Elsevier products. Evaluate contract compliance and advise others on contractual rights and obligations, including facilitating amendments or extensions. Assist in preparation of bids or requests for proposals (RFPs), including specifications and requirements, and negotiate contract terms, determining acceptable bids. Serve as the main contact for the customer, handling queries related to agreement status, invoicing, title reconciliation, and subscription terms, and providing information on purchase history, solution access de‑activation, usage statistics and pricing models. Coordinate complex deal alignment and facilitate discussions across internal stakeholders, delivering proposals and agreements compliant with policies and capturing customer requirements. Process and invoice on time according to defined targets of assigned territories. Engage stakeholders, leadership, and cross‑functional support to progress business meaningfully and efficiently, including participation in projects and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Secondary education from an accredited college or equivalent, coupled with experience in Contract Administration, Sales Operations, Renewals Sales or Order Management. Fluency in English and Spanish. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Self‑starter who anticipates business needs and fulfills them proactively. Excellent organizational, analytical and contract drafting abilities, including understanding contract structures and negotiation tactics. Prior experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and reporting functionalities. Prior experience with ERP tools like Salesforce.com or Siebel CRM, including CPQ and CLM components of Salesforce.
