Engineers will work in cross functional teams, consulting directly with our clients, shaping not only technical solutions to business problems but delivering them into production.OverviewThe primary objective of the Mexico Site Lead is to develop and execute the strategy for establishing and scaling Lab49’s Delivery Center in the country. This role is critical to ensuring the successful growth of delivery capabilities and the consistent satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the local talent market and cultural landscape, strong IT delivery and account management experience, a solid grasp of operational processes, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.In addition to building out the country presence, this role includes leading complex, high-impact projects that drive transformative change for our top-tier financial services clients.
