**Job type**Customer Service / Property Manager**Benefits**All benefit by law after the 90 days**Salary**Initial training period salary of $2,500 mxn, with a possible increase up to $3,500 mxn if performance review is satisfactory**Schedule**- **During the 90-day trial period**_Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (1 hour for lunch)Saturdays: 10 am - 2 pm (15-minute break)Sundays: Day off- **After the 90-day trial period**_Monday to Friday: 11:00 am - 8:30 pm (1 hour for lunch)Saturdays: 10 am - 4:00 pm (15-minute break)Sundays (from home): 10 am - 4:00 pm*Day off to choose between Tuesday and Thursday**Responsibilities**- The first point of contact with the residential member from a multiple familiar property.- Excellent customer services by address complaints, concerns, and requests appropriately.- Implement creative self- created strategies as well as marketing and social medial.- Ensure the Room is ready for the new member move in on the move-in date.- Ensure the members are paying on time.- Welcome and orient new schedule members by provided the necessary information and codes.- Maintain good communication with the member to ensure any necessary maintenance is reported and complete with the time frame.**Minimum qualifications**- English (oral and written)- Marketing (social media)- Computer knowledge**-Proactive person (problem solver)****Note**Send your resume in English.Pay: From $2,****** per weekWork Location: In person
