GTM Excellence Partner Experience Specialist I LATAMNIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world's best athletes.It is a place to explore potential, obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be.The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create.Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination.The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries.At Nike, it's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.About the RoleAs the APLA GTM Excellence Partner Experience Specialist, your mission will be to deliver a premium Partner Experience in our territory showrooms and select Partner events.ResponsibilitiesDeliver Seasonal Showroom Directives to support seasonal sell-in meetings.Attend seasonal meetings with Global PGTC team to understand what seasonal showroom directives will be delivered.Set up and attend meetings with cross-functional APLA teams to ensure showroom directives are aligned to APLA key stories and product.Curate Global showroom directives and accompanying files to align with APLA key stories and product.Deliver seasonal showroom directives during the week 6 GTM&Ops handoff call to territory teams.Connect with territory teams seasonally to gather feedback on the seasonal showroom process.Provide feedback to global on the showroom process via the seasonal hindsight process.Partner with GTME Operations team to manage GGP samples.Lead distribution and shipping of GGP samples to showrooms to support seasonal SKO meetings.Identify, source, and track samples needed for WHQ Partner Events.Support event execution through cross-functional logistics planning.Partner with Merch Ops to source, transport, and track samples for WHQ events.Partner with GTME Ops team to identify and curate digital content needed for WHQ Partner Events.Attend production meetings for select WHQ Partner events.Provide onsite support for select WHQ Partner events.Manage vendor relationship for sell-through events.Organize cross-functional meetings for sell-through events.Assisting and partnering with GTM team at events with miscellaneous tasks and projects when time allows.Updating the APLA Showroom Book as needed to keep information up to date.Who You Will Work WithYou will be working with APLA Geo cross-functional teammates in Merchandising and Operations, Marketing, and Marketplace to elevate our seasonal process in showrooms.In addition you will be engaging with our Global Partner Go To Consumer teammates to ensure key deliverables and timelines are hit that enable our MPU teams to operate efficiently and effectively to give a premium seasonal Partner Experience for sell-in and sell-through.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or closely related discipline.2+ years' experience in related marketing industry.Knowledge of athletic industry and trends in the marketplace with an understanding of the competitive marketplace.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Pro-active, self-starting mindset.Excellent organizational skills.Can operate autonomously.Excellent team spirit.Microsoft Office Suite.Project Management Tools: AirTable, SmartSheet, Miro.Creative Production / Development Tools: Adobe Suite, Keynote.Campaign Monitor.Keynote / PowerPoint deck building and editing experience preferred.System KnowledgeSAP.Coupa.Additional RequirementsPossess strong written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated attention to detail, process excellence, and high-quality project / task delivery.Ability to align cross-cultural and / or cross-functional teams, virtually and in-person.Must be a self-starter, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible.(IC / PL)Ability to delegate and hold teams accountable for results that benefit Nike, Inc.Ability to run an "always on" Learning Agenda, incorporating feedback and best practices from around the globe.(IC / PL)Ability to pro-actively be a problem solver through assessing, challenging and developing action plans for a resolution.NIKE, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
