You’ll play a key role in guaranteeing the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial and supply chain data, helping us maintain the highest standards across our enterprise applications. This is a strategic and hands‑on role for someone passionate about building robust testing frameworks, mentoring teams, and ensuring flawless system performance in a fast‑paced, global environment. 🎯 What You’ll Do Own the QA strategy for Operations & Finance, defining and executing test plans for SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, SD, MM) and EDI transactions. Lead functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for new releases and enhancements. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, Development, and Business teams to ensure requirements are fully covered by test scenarios. Oversee defect management, tracking, and resolution, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the QA lifecycle. Maintain and enforce best practices and compliance standards across QA processes. Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. 🧠 What You Bring 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within financial or operational systems. Proven experience with EDI testing — mapping validation, transaction sets (e.g. 850, 810, 856), and integration workflows. Hands‑on expertise with SAP S/4HANA testing, especially in FI/CO, SD, and MM modules. Proficiency in QA and defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an eye for both detail and process optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in cross‑functional, multinational teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
