Senior Financial Manager Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this position is to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, manage payroll compliance, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple regulatory bodies.Main Responsibilities:Implement full-cycle accounting processes, including bookkeeping and financial statement preparation (USD and MXP)Maintain bank ledger control and cash flow tracking for efficient financial managementProcess vendor invoices, payments, and SAT-compliant documentation with accuracy and precisionPayroll & Labor Compliance:Manage payroll using TRESS software, ensuring timely and accurate calculations based on time clock entriesUpload payroll data to SAT (timbrado) in compliance with regulatory requirementsCompliance and Risk Management:Evaluate and implement measures to maintain optimal compliance with the IMMEX program, adhering to strict deadlines and regulationsMaintain precise control over vendor invoices in accordance with SAT requirementsThis role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in relevant software applications.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate expertise in managing complex financial systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to stakeholders.This job involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, requiring adaptability, flexibility, and a customer-centric approach.
